Top Most 10 Highest Paid Female Singers in the World and their personal earnings in 2018

4. Céline Dion

Celine Dion

Personal earnings: $42 million (£30.2 million)

While the beginning of 2016 was undoubtedly a difficult time for Céline Dion (having lost her husband of 22 years René Angélil and her brother Daniel in the space of just 2 days, both to cancer), the French Canadian chanteuse has since made a comeback as bombastic as her voice.

Best known for chart-topping hits like ‘The Power of Love’, ‘Because You Loved Me’ and, of course, that song from Titanic, Dion’s earnings were amassed mainly from ticket sales for her residency show Celine at the Colosseum in Las Vegas, where she has been performing almost nightly since 2003 (bar for a 3-year break in 2008 to embark on a world tour and welcome twins into the world). Additional earnings came from sales for her 15th French-language LP (and 26th overall) Encore un soir, as well as a 28-date promotional tour of Belgium, France and her native Canada.
